As a writer, publicist and former news reporter, I've enjoyed a career that has enabled me to do quite a few exciting things along the way.

I feel God's pleasure when I am writing and creating. However, as I have grown closer to the Lord over the past few years, I have felt an increasing desire to use the spiritual gift the Lord has given me to be a blessing to others.

I have been praying over this for some time. And then it happened. God spoke to my heart - seemingly out of the blue one day in January 2008 - and he literally asked me to register the name www.positive-talk.com.

The Lord has guided each and every step of this site - from the logo, to the devotions, to the two additional websites that he spoke to my heart about www.positivetalk4kids.com and www.positivetalk4teens.com. These sites will be up and running very soon!

Positive-talk.com is a gift from above - of that I am sure. I pray that it will be a gift to each person who logs onto this site as well. As the site grows and evolves, I welcome your comments, your encouragement and your stories about how God is working in your life.
