MSc, MBACP Registered Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist

As a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I specialise in supporting individuals through life’s emotional challenges with compassion, insight, and a tailored therapeutic approach.

My practice is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy and draws on a range of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). This flexible, integrative approach allows me to adapt to each client’s individual needs—whether you’re managing anxiety, dealing with stress, or navigating major life changes.

I am deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to a place of empowerment and emotional clarity. There’s something incredibly rewarding about witnessing a client shift from a place of pain or confusion into a more positive, confident version of themselves—and being part of that journey brings me genuine joy and fulfilment.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, express yourself freely, and begin to rebuild with strength and purpose. Fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, I am able to work effectively with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds in a way that feels respectful, warm, and relatable.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward change, I’d be honoured to support you on your path to healing and growth.
