Our Rescheduling & Policies

We at Positive Talk understand that unexpected situations can arise as we truly value your time and commitment. To ensure we can provide the best care to all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Unfortunately, if we do not receive this notice and you miss your per-booked timeslot, the full cost of the appointment will still apply.

If you arrive late for an appointment, please be aware that we are unable to extend your booked timeslot, as appointment durations are fixed to maintain our schedule for all clients.

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment within one month of the original booked date with 48 hour’s notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged with your assigned professional. If an alternative appointment time cannot be found within this period, any fees already paid will be forfeited.
