Integrative Counsellor | Adult & Relationship Therapist
Specialising in Person-Centred Therapy & CBT

With a background in counselling and psychology, I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy that is both supportive and practical. My work is grounded in the belief that no one should face life’s difficulties alone—and that with the right support, we all have the capacity to move forward, even after the most challenging experiences.

As an integrative counsellor, I specialise in working with adults and couples, combining the strengths of Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to meet the individual needs of each client. I draw on these approaches to help people manage emotional struggles, rebuild trust in themselves and others, and make meaningful changes that last.

My professional journey has included working in settings such as domestic violence services and rehabilitation centres, where I’ve supported clients through issues such as:
• Abuse and trauma
• Addiction and recovery
• Bereavement and loss
• Relationship breakdowns and conflict
• Anxiety and overthinking
• Low mood and emotional overwhelm
• Life transitions and identity shifts

What I find most meaningful in supporting is being able to walk beside someone during moments when they feel lost, overwhelmed, or unheard. Offering a space where clients feel genuinely safe and accepted is at the heart of what I do. It’s deeply moving to witness people begin to open up, feel less alone, and slowly reconnect with a sense of hope and possibility in their lives.

Whether you’re seeking therapy for personal growth, healing, or to strengthen your relationship, I offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in your own time.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Counselling and Psychology

If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
