POSITIVE TALK, POSITIVE LIVES
Sing Your Heart Out. Free Your Voice. Feel Connected.

Sometimes words are hard to find. Music can offer another way to express yourself.
You do not need to be a trained singer or even feel confident about your voice to take part. Our group singing sessions offer a welcoming space to enjoy music, explore self-expression and connect with others.
Through shared singing, rhythm and breathing activities, participants can take time out from everyday pressures and enjoy being part of a supportive group.
No auditions. No pressure. Just a chance to join in at your own pace.
Different ages. Different voices. A shared experience.
Our sessions are planned for different age groups so activities can be appropriate to participant’s stage of life and needs. You do not need previous singing experience, talent, or confidence, just a willingness to explore your voice and enjoy the moment.
Proposed group age ranges:
| Group | Who it is for |
|---|---|
| Children’s group | Ages 5–11 |
| Teenagers’ group | Ages 12–17 |
| Adults’ group | Ages 18 and over |
The above age ranges are a suggested starting point. Groups will run subject to sufficient bookings and the availability of an appropriate facilitator. If you are enquiring about a young person, please feel free to contact us for session options and availability.
