Bruna

Integrative Therapist | BACP Registered

Hello, my name is Bruna, and I am a qualified and compassionate therapist committed to supporting individuals through life’s emotional challenges. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to helping others feel seen, safe, and understood—an instinct that naturally led me into the field of counselling.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, which is why I strive to make therapy a safe and welcoming experience from the very beginning.

With a strong background in mental health and emotional wellbeing, I work with adults and young people facing a wide range of issues, including:
• Anxiety and stress
• Depression and low mood
• Trauma and PTSD
• Low self-esteem and self-worth
• Suicidal thoughts and emotional distress
• Relationship and family difficulties
• Life transitions and identity challenges
• Neurodiversity, including autism and learning disabilities

My core therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based and practical method that helps clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe that healing begins in connection—and that therapy can be a powerful step towards feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

If you’re ready to begin this journey, I would be honoured to support you.
