Life can feel overwhelming at times, leaving you feeling stuck, weighed down by worry, or unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling with unhelpful patterns of thinking, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, or the grief of a life that hasn’t gone as you hoped.


I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. Working at a pace that feels right for you, we can explore what’s on your mind and work towards finding a way forward that feels meaningful and achievable.


I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, ADHD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My integrative approach draws on Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and CBT approaches, allowing our work to be tailored to your individual needs.


Compassion, empathy, and humour are central to how I work. I believe counselling doesn’t always have to feel heavy – moments of lightness, connection, and shared humanity can be just as healing and important along the way.
