Taking the first step towards therapy can feel overwhelming. Whether you are seeking support for your child or for yourself, I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood.


I work with children, young people and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, stress and low mood. I also support neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism and ADHD. My approach is creative and evidence-based, integrating CBT-informed strategies with expressive methods such as therapeutic play, storytelling and journaling, tailored to each individual’s needs.



My own early experiences of wanting someone to truly listen has shaped my deep belief in the power of empathy and human connection. I am committed to helping clients feel seen, supported and empowered. By working at a pace that feels right for you together we create a safe space for personal growth and development.
