I understand that looking for a counsellor can feel like a significant and often daunting step. Making the decision to seek therapy demonstrates immense courage. My own counselling journey started over 10 years ago after a bout of depression and anxiety triggered after an incident that occured that made me feel worthless. I found myself in the counselling room as a client working through the difficult experience I had throughout my childhood and early adulthood. My own personal journey of counseling gave me a deeper understanding and compassion towards myself and others.


With over 6 years of experience, I offer an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on Person-Centred, Psychoeducational, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This diverse foundation enables me to move beyond a "one-size-fits-all" model, allowing me to carefully select and tailor techniques to create a bespoke therapeutic experience that directly addresses your unique needs and goals.
