Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking the step to reach out often comes at a time when things already feel difficult. I aim to offer a calm, supportive space where you feel listened to, respected, and understood from the very beginning.


My work is rooted in the person-centred approach, based on the belief that people naturally move towards growth and healing when they are met with empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. Building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to how I work.


Alongside this foundation, I practise integratively and draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Gestalt therapy. This allows me to adapt sessions to suit you, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular model of therapy.


I also specialise in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Single-Session Therapy, offering a more focused, goal-oriented way of working where this feels helpful. Whether you are looking for clarity around a specific issue or a more open space for reflection, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.


Sessions are available online or face to face, with flexible weekday appointments to accommodate work, family life, and other commitments. My aim is to provide a warm, grounded, and collaborative environment where you feel supported and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
