As a counsellor and a human, I know how important it is to gain mental health support with someone who makes you feel safe, seen and heard. Deciding to begin counselling can feel scary, but taking the first step can open up space for reflection, healing and growth. My aim is to provide a safe and empathetic space where together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, helping you to develop greater self-awareness and find ways forward that feel manageable and meaningful.
I work integratively, using a range of therapeutic approaches.
Alongside my professional training and over 1.5 years of working with clients, my own experiences of personal therapy have influenced how I work as a counsellor. They have shaped my understanding of how important it is for the therapeutic relationship to feel safe, confidential, and reliable. I aim to offer a grounded and professional space that also feels human, where you can explore your experiences with care, respect, and understanding.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process where your safety, wellbeing and individual needs remain at the heart of our work together along with your goals and needs to become a better version of yourself.
