Thank you for being here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply curious about counselling, you're very welcome.
I'm a qualified I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely-without fear of judgment, pressure, or expectation.
At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for your unique story and a belief in your natural ability to heal, grow, and find your own way forward. Life can be incredibly challenging at times, and we all need support now and then. My aim is to walk alongside you, helping you to feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you and gently begin to make sense of it-at a pace that feels right for you.
I hold a degree and am currently studying a further degree in psychology to deepen my understanding of the human mind and emotional well-being. This ongoing learning enriches my work and allows me to offer thoughtful, informed support that’s grounded in empathy and real connection. I’m passionate about what I do, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people during some of the most personal and meaningful moments in their lives.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I work gently and collaboratively, always at your pace-because I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered to find your own answers.
If you’re thinking about counselling or wondering whether it might be right for you, I’d love to hear from you. Reaching out can feel like a big step, but it might just be the start of something really meaningful.
