My experience is generally in person centred, cbt and psychodynamic therapies.

My style of working is very much centred on creating the therapeutic relationship, for a meaningful experience built on connection and trust.

Reaching out can feel difficult this step can be part of your journey towards feeling better. It can often be a release to have someone simply listen, offering their full attention and empathy in a safe nonjudgemental space where you can connect with your feelings and emotions.

Sometimes looking ahead feels unclear. You don’t have to feel stuck with my support and gentle guidance we can find a way to work together though your difficulties, at a pace that feels right for you. Whilst gaining a better sense of self and a clearer insight into your life.

Life can be challenging. I have learned through my own experiences that we can feel lost and alone, you might be struggling to connect with your loved ones for fear of being judged or rejected.

I have done a lot of work on myself over the years, and I believe I am living a much better life as a result of really getting to know myself, learning to set boundaries but also understanding that being vulnerable and sharing is a strength and it takes courage. A lot of us feel we should suffer alone, feeling no one will understand, I am interested in your perspective. I aim for you to feel seen and work alongside you for better future outcomes.

I have seen my own clients grow and change, sometimes it’s just small changes that make the world of difference. Seeing the difference therapy can make to someone’s life only grew my passion for working in mental health.

We’re all vulnerable and we’re all flawed, my personal battles with self-confidence began to shift when I learned the power of acceptance.

With a person-centred approach that underpins my work, focusing on your lived experience.
